I have received money from utest but im unable to claim it into my PayPal balance

I have received a payment from utest. Paypal sent me an email that paypal had received a payment from utest but when i try to cliam the money it cant appears into my paypal balance

Is the email that you are being sent the messages to the SAME email address that you have linked AND VERIFIED to your paypal account?

Are the funds being sent in a currency that you can accept?
