Hello, @Lucia97. Thanks for taking the time to add your concern here on the PayPal Community Forum. Since your profile indicates you're located in Malaysia, it appears RM stands for the currency of Malaysia which is the Malaysian ringgit.
If Transaction ID 0SX373140P287520G refers to a payment you received, the money would be added into your PayPal account based on the currency used by the buyer/sender and based on your payment receiving preferences.
If you're referring to money you have transferred out of your PayPal account, transfers to a bank account or card account can sometimes take a few days, depending on the financial system. If the transaction has a status of Completed, that means money has been moved to the financial system and PayPal no longer has control over it.
If a transfer was completed a few days ago, please continue to watch your financial account for an update, and contact PayPal's Customer Service if your financial institution doesn't add a credit to your statement after a week or so. If the transaction refers to a received payment, please check your preferences and contact Customer Service as needed.
