I can't receive money.

So I live in Egypt, and I have been using PayPal for more than a year now, but I can only send money and I can't receive any kind of money even my paypal.me link doesn't work.
Everytime anyone want to send me money an error pops up .also,I can't send money as family & friend but only as an item or service.

So my account is VERY limited.

Please help me and thx for your time <3.
