I can't make any payments or transfer

Hello

I tried to buy something on ebay and and the transaction couldn't be completed.

I went to my account and could't see any problem.

As a test I tried to send money to other paypal account.

"The payment method isn't working" is the message I received.

Last time I made payment on ebay was on Jan 21 this year. My card expires in 2020.

I went to the bank and they told me that there is no problem on their end and the spending limits are in effect.

I messaged paypal on 07/28 with no answer to this day.

Hello there did you have enough money? if so then have you ever been in minus in your paypal account? if so then this has happened to me and you need to send money to your paypal account but if not then try to remove your payment methods and add them again. if it didn't work then call paypal
