I can not pay iTunes with my PayPal account

I had an issue with a charge from an app through iTunes that i did not agree. But now I can not pay anything from iTunes with my PayPal account. Why??

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancelled it.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
