if using ebay, they will have their own payment system, so you can totally bypass paypal, full of outright lies, and reacurring hassles that were not caused by buyer or seller... you are not alone … customer support what a joke... here are three phone numbers, but......its all paypal, so it will probably result in nothing, but make yourself heard...[Removed. If you have already paid then you can't change the payment method but if not then for all payments.........
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your prefered way to pay and put a dot in one of the options listed.
