I have a paypal premier account, and I just had a pending echeck canceled after it stayed pending for 5 days. I'm wondering if maybe in the past, I may have had echecks blocked in my settings. Since I have a premier account, I can no longer find a way to get to payment receiving preferences. Is there a way I can do this without switching to a business account? I would like to check the preferences to unblock echecks if that is what happened.
