How long does it take for me to receive money internationally?

How long does it take for me to receive money internationally? I did some research on Google, and the answers varied. Some said it should be instant, and some said 2-3 days, so I’m not sure. Someone sent me money 3 days ago, and I still haven’t received it. Don’t know if it’s a scam or it’s just really taking long. If it helps at all, I made my account only recently (also 3 days ago) for the sake of that transaction. Should I expect to receive it within today? If I don’t does it mean it was a scam? Thank you!!

Paypal payments are more or less instant but allow a couple of hours.

It should SHOW in your paypal balance in that time frame but probably pending if you are a new seller.

If its not showing then check......

you have verified your email address.

you can accept the currency sent ie added it as a receiving currency on your paypal account.

is it a scam, we can normally tell if you send a gist of any email you have received (and see if its a paypal fake email).
