How do you re-add a payee on autopay if you make them inactive?

I just made an autopay payee inactive by mistake. How do I change them back to active?

I did not find a way to do this. Paypal told me it can not be done. So, I had to create a whole new email address and account for Freshly and start a new Freshly subscription. It was not helpful, but oh well.
