How do i stop an annual sub billing?

How do i stop an annual subs payment

I receive an email from PayPal  about the start of an annual subs payment . I want to stop the next payment

The email shows a click on place to make changes but this does not work. Where on line can I do this

Check if you had a subscription set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
