How do I change the date that one of my customers will be charged for a payment plan?

I have a customer who purchased through paypal on a 12 month payment plan. She was not charged on May 30 when she should have been. In her profile on my account it says that her next charge will be on May 30, 2021 (yet today is June 4, 2021) and it does not show that she defaulted on her payments. Thoughts? How can I change her next charge date to one later on?
