How do I Show my Business Name on all Transaction?

When making online purchases or giving donation whether it is coming directly from my PayPal balance or linked bank account...how do I show only my business name on all transactions and not my legal private name? Is there somewhere under my settings where I can set that to show only my business name?

Spoke to the call centre today. If you have a business account, this should happen automatically.

 I'm told that this is a glitch and they'll look into it "if there are more reports"

Give them a call and it may help to get things moving.
