If you have transactions you don't recognize, I would first advise reaching out to the merchant to see what the payments were for. After that, if you determine they are unauthorized, you can report the transactions to us for review. You'll also want to change your password to ensure your account is secure. I hope this helps!

Hi, yes this information was helpful thanks, I had two payments taken from my PayPal account one of which was £120 another which was £59.99 from(MyHeritage) ??? It’s a site which helps you look up your family tree, still do not know how this has happened, even if I was interested in this sort of thing no way would I pay this kind of money!! I have emailed them asking for my money back but still waiting for a reply 🤨
