This is annoying and way out of hands. This is ridiculous. PayPal will not let me use my money as they have lowered what I can do as I am underage. This is the only way I can have funds for college. I need to be able to use my money!! This is also a shared account with  my mum who can’t use any money either as it’s in my name. WTH. And PayPal is also ignoring me. 0 stars from me.

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.
PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will need to be verified to accept funds into your balance or lift any limits.
As you would be unable to verify your account it would be locked for further use.
Minors can’t enter legal contracts so you may not have any recourse to get your money back until you were 18.
Sadly thats what happens when you break paypal rules and open an illegal underage financial account.
