i have been trying to receive a payment but money was returned back to the company twice and the company that wants to pay me said paypal gave them this the following reason "reason denied reason code 1000 - PARTIAL_AUTHORIZATION - paypal", how ca i fix this. i have been receiving money through this paypal account before.
As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise. Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
