i posted about this issue last night but i cannot find the post so i'm making a new one. A place i'm doing business with wanted me to pay $750 for theur service. I canlt pay $750 as i'll go over. They sent me a receipt for $375 instead. I tried that and i get the same result as i can't send it. i tried it through family and friends option as well but again it declines it. I tried calling paypal and all they keep saying is things like "if it won't send today it doesn't mean it won't send tomorrow" and other advices as well but again after 1 1/2 weeks i can still send no money to this place. Is there anyone that can help me resolve this? Please help. thanks.
when i called paypal last night, they seem to think that if i try to send money to a place and it rejects the first time, i cannot send money to that place period. so i guess i'm out of luck i guess. just hoping my account is still ok regardless. Anyway, thanks for the help.
