Guest checkout only if no change in country

Hi All,

 I have a weird issue and I cannot reach at this time Tech Support as they gave me the Irish Helpdesk.

All works well with registered Paypal users under WP/Woocommerce. When setting up Guest Checkout it works as it should - with optional Paypal registration- as long as I do not change location to another country at credit card data. Then it loads the registration. I see another similar when used with code and not WP here https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/Merchant-Products-and-Services/changing-country-while-guest-chec... .

It is boring as we force customers to register or login while PP is advertising pay as guest possible. No wordpress or wocommerce setting overrides this.

In a few hours this issue selfresolved (donno what happened in the background because nothing changed here), but now all guest payments are Session Expired, which I have seen many users complaining about. This service is getting low quality for me, though it costs a lot .... Can somebody help please? Funny I have seen here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/your-paypal-checkout-session-has-expired-please-check-out-again-... the same issue, PayPal Support did not reply, but a Happy Engineer closed the case as resolved due to no responses. I would like to be a Happy Customer....

That is really frustrating. The original issue returned, cannot step forward without registering after changing issuing country of the credit card....
