I think that paypal needs to make sure their estimated time that funds are available are reflected in the 3-5 business days before funds are available. Since banks do vary then it should read 3-8 business days. This way false hope of getting funds in 3-5 will be avoid and PayPal will be kept honest. Customer don't know all this information because it's not until you go to get your funds on the 5th business day your told banks have different days they clear the pending funds. Maybe no one caresbon this site about me not using pay pal again...but get enough of us switching to better alternatives, and then no more PayPal. Also, people do care when an American company out sources it's call center.
