Bought the watch and it's showing as a pending charge in paypal. Was hoping I could just cancel since it's pending. Is that not the case?

You can only cancel a pending transaction that is marked as unclaimed with a cancel option and that only happens when the email address is non-existant ie a spelling error for eg.

Other than that if it remains pending then it will time out 30 days post payment.
