I had a friend send me money on Facebook Pay and it was confirmed on Facebook's end because I messaged them about it. They said the problem is not on their end and they told me to contact Paypal so I did and they dont have any information either so I need to know how to get the money my friend sent me. My email address my friend sent the money to is correct. My Paypal account is verified. Also, Facebook won't allow me to connect my Paypal account to Facebook Pay. it was connected before but it signed me out and now I can't sign back in. Please help!
