Hi, I have been using paypal to conduct online purchases. On this specific online merchant in the US, they have this thing called AVS and they suggest to use Paypal if my credit card does not support AVS. I am trying to use paypal but I am encountering the error below. They said that their paypal is set to global so it should allow a purchase from the Philippines. Checkout is temporarily available. Response from payment provider: Could not determine new status of order.
