How do I change my Paypal accounts to allow these payments and to not give these errors for other people? I don't have a website so I am quite confused. They are getting a message saying they can only pay me through my website? Please help.

Are you in the UK with a UK paypal account?

Are they paying you in sterling or another currency?

I'm in the UK and I think they are from the US paying in $. Thanks for the fast response and help!

Then you have 2 options.

1. Ask them to pay in sterling OR you can send a money request to them in sterling.

When they pay in sterling they select the currency / amount and then before they click to pay it tells them how much in USD is debited from their funding source ie card or bank account.

2. Or you can accept dollars BUT you may have problems converting them on a personal paypal account if you want to accept them then click on the 3 dots next to your paypal balance and select 'manage currencies' and then add USD as a receiving currency on your UK paypal account.
