I sold item on ebay, buyer sent payment somehow to Paypal under my ebay email, not my Paypal email. Paypal emailed me on the ebay email address and said that to get paid i need to open a business account and add the other email address to the account. whats going on? can i get my money on my existing Paypal account?
Uh oh! There's an easy fix for this issue - you only need to add the email the payment was sent to on your PayPal account and you should receive the payment there once it's confirmed. I hope the payment completes soon!
