My card got declined when there was ample enough money to cover transaction. Found out it was flagged as high risk and a 48 hold was put on it. The problem is this is the only money I have and I dont have a bank account or anything and if I can't access this account today then I want be able to pay for my room which I live in a hotel currently and I will be on the street. What can I do to make this high risk alert go away or be able to use my card.
