DID'NT COME IN AT MY PAYPAL

HI 

i have question to you,

i sold the products during almost 90 days at the ebay, total 30 transactions came out in this period.

but did not come in at paypal

just 2 transactions received last week

could you check for me of that?please..

Go to ebay and click on 'sell' put in anything (as you aren't going to actually list anything) until you get to the main page > scroll down near the bottom and where it says payment methods check the email address that is on that page, is there a spelling mistake or old one?

As you commented to me yesterday, i found wrong e mail address on that of my e-bay payment.

i do not know this wrong email address. when did it? who did it? 

so i changed my email address.

now i changed my correct email, can i get the sale money that did not come in at my pay-pal before 28 transactions?

Well a fast reply is only dependent on when i decide to log on and help a few people, I may not reply at all if I'm busy. 

No it won't come into your paypal account as the buyers paid to the WRONG email address / paypal account.

You need to contact your buyer(s) and ask them to see what it says in their paypal accounts either:
1. Pending / Unclaimed with a cancel option.
2. Pending / Unclaimed.
3 Completed.

If its:
Pending / Unclaimed with a cancel option.

Ask them to cancel the payment but tell them that it will take a few days to go back to their funding source. Then get them to use the "send money" > Goods/Services option and pay to your email address. Tell them DO NOT use the ebay option or it will direct them to ebay checkout and the same thing will happen. They may not want to do this and so you could then cancel the transaction. OR you can send them a money request.


Pending / Unclaimed.

If there is no cancel option then the buyer will get their money back automatically 30 days after paying.
Again they may not want to pay you again until they get their money back so you may need to cancel the transaction for them.


Completed.

If its completed then come back for more advice.
