Confirming Debit/Credit Card. No Refund Recieved.

Hello ive confirmed my debit card and entered the 4 digit confirmation code but have not recieved a refund on the charge. It has been 4 days since i confirmed it. It says 2-3 days so is there a problem or is this a normal delay.

Apologies for the incovenience. The funds usually takes 2-3 business days for PayPal to electronically deposit the funds back to your card issuer. Plus the processing time of your financial institution. It could take up to 5 business days from the time you confirmed the card. Let me know on this thread if it will still not reflect after 5 business days. I hope this helps!

Hi again, its been 5 days now and a little bit more but i still have not received any refund on the charge. How do i resolve this?

Please reach out with our Customer Service, click "Help" in the PayPal Website or choose "Contact Us" on the bottom of PayPal page. They can file a refund trace for you. Stay Safe!
