I basically made my account into a business account, after some time of using the interface, I realized that I did not like the feel and use of a business account. In my personal account, I still have funds/balances from the payments I have received. What I am worried about is that if I close my business account from the settings, will I lose the money I have in my PayPal account or will my business account just close and revert my account back to a personal one?
If you choose to upgrade your Personal Account to Business Account - downgrading the account will not affect the funds in your Account Balance. You may want to phone customer service as they can make the change for you - although you can upgrade from a Personal Account to a Business Account yourself, there's no downgrade or reverse option.
