Client payments are not coming through

I have used PayPal over the past few years to purchase various items online with ease.

I have a small business. I would like to have my clients pay me via PayPal.

Today was the first time I tried sending two invoices.

The recipients were trying to pay the invoice. But it's not working, it just keeps processing and they are not able to pay.

I am located in Barbados (the Caribbean) , My PayPal is linked to my VisaDebit card with my local bank.
