Charging platform fees in laravel

Hi! I am creating an online marketplace with laravel. I want to use paypal and therefore I need to be able to be able to charge commissions. 

This is part of how I'll make money to sustain and provide the site, by charging a small percentage of each sale.

So if a customer buys something from the platfrom for $100 and I charge a 10% commission, I need $90 to go to the owner and $10 to me.

Is there a way to do this in laravel?
