Charged 2 NSF fees from PayPal

So I had a GrubHub premium membership that I forgot I had. It charged my PayPal $10.89 which normally comes out of my bank checking account. Well this time around for some reason, PayPal charged it to my savings account which didn't have enough money to cover the payment. They charged me two separate NSF fees, $30 each. So now my savings account is -$56.11. PayPal is now charging it to my checking account which at the time would've had just enough money to cover the payment and everything would've been fine. I don't know why it charged to my savings instead of my checking but now I'm out $56. I've tried to look up getting refund from PayPal but they have no articles about it. Is there any way to get that money back?

Check what funding source you had linked to that subscription.

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

I already removed all my automatic payments from my account after I saw the fee. It was linked to my bank account and debit card.
