Cash balance not updating

Hi, I received money into PayPal. It shows “payment received”. However, the balance is not reflected in my account. I received the money from coinbase. I have not had any problems in the past with money received from this merchant. Does anyone know what could be going on?

Hello, I am having same issue. I received the payment but did not add up to my account. I also checked the detailed statement, It didn't show there but I received an email and notification that customer already paid. 😞

Same thing happening to me. Very frustrating not to get response & support from PayPal in a timely manner.

I finally got a call from PayPal and it showed up as a missed call.....

Lots saying the same, another paypal glitch that will hopefully resolve soon if not already resolved.

Any updates? Same thing is happening to me right now. PayPal customer service is terrific - not chat support or email so I have to post here.
