A payment through paypal bounced a while back, I resolved that but now I can't make payments to certain types of stores?
I tested it with Steam and can buy a game from steam but I cannot make a payment to uber or spotify through paypal. It gives some error message/couldnt make payment message when I try? I don't know if there's a limitation on my account since there is no way to see the status of that.
I have tried removing my linked bank and re-linking it and I can link my bank fine, but the same issue persists. Have no idea how to fix it and paypal help messaging is super vague and just tells me to do the same steps I've already done. I know its not my bank considering I can see the transaction for the Steam game I bought to test if it works.
If anyone can help or has had a similar experience I'd appreciate it, thanks.
