Sold merchandise on eBay. Received email from PayPal stating buyer had paid and money was in my account. I cannot find it. PayPal had no customer service rep for me to speak to. Help!!
Is it marked as paid on ebay? Reason i ask is that if they sent a direct payment it may be a scam.
If not can you check this......
Go to ebay and click on 'sell' put in anything (as you aren't going to actually list anything) until you get to the main page > scroll down near the bottom and where it says payment methods check the email address that is on that page, is there a spelling mistake or old one?

Thanks. eBay shows that it was “sold” and that my payment is eligible for release. Everything seems to be in order but there’s no money in my account and the buyer hasn’t responded to my inquiries.
