Cannot claim money that has been sent to me

Hi everyone,

I have received an email from PayPal advising me that a payment has been made into my account and that I must click on the "Claim your money" button/link.  When I do this I get this message:  Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later.

This has been happening for 3 days.

No transactions whatsoever reflect on my account.

Is anyone able to assist with this please?
