Is anyone having issues with payment on paypal,been trying to send funds for days now,its been declined and anytime I have a chat with paypal customer reps ,they keep on telling me to wait 72 hours to let their system refresh ,after 72 hours its still the same thing,a friend of mine send 1150 to someone last night,transactions was successful but the recipent hasn't seen the money,what could go wrong
Yup,it wasn't international,wanted to send within united states and tbh,I can't even buy gifts cards always give me errors,its a new account tho been using it for a month now ,any help on this?
