Can't cancel pending transaction

Item taken off ebay and my transaction pending, there's no option to cance and item number not recognised

If its pending then its been sent to an email address that is not actually linked to a paypal account, as there is no cancel option (as the email addy does exist) then it will 'time out' 30 days post payment.
