CARD LINKING WITH GUMROAD

I created and link my paypal account to gumroad.com, however my money is not added to my paypal account with issues from based on paypal.

On my end, I see this error:
PAYPAL 3148: Receiver's address is in a non-receivable country or a PayPal zero country

Please make sure that
1) You have a valid PayPal account entered into www.gumroad.com/settings/payout
2) There are no restrictions placed on your PayPal account
3) You are allowed to receive payouts to your PayPal account

Let me know when you've checked it out and I'll try resending the money.
