So I have to issue a refund on eBay but it won't let me process it, there is some "error" that wouldn't let me refund the money back. When I go to my PayPal account it shows the money I have to refund ON NEGATIVE. What should I do in this case?
I called both eBay and PayPal several times but they don't answer me at all. I googled this question everywhere and half of the pages say to just add the money on PayPal, and the other half says not to do it because it will only send your account to $0 without issuing any refund...
I just added the money to my PayPal and it says it is going to be accredited between 3 to 5 days... And I have to make the refund no longer than WEDNESDAY!
What should I do next? I tried to issue the refund on eBay again and it still says there is an error...
