I'm frustrated. I have money in my account and want to send some to a friend. Paypal blocked me from sending any money. WTHell. I phoned them and they said their security blocked me... but get this.... they don't have a security department... and there is no manager that can help me unblock this imposition. I was told no one can help me. I'm beyond angry. Who can I talk to, to get this resolved. The puppets on the phone just keep repeating the same **bleep** and do not offer any resolution without me jumping hoops. I'm not happy with this service.
