Hi, I recently made a purchase using my bank account however it was an echeque payment that ended up being cancelled due to insufficient bank funds however the amount was still debited from my bank account which has now given it a negative balance. Do you know if the attempted amount will be returned to the account once the payment is cancelled from paypal's end? Thanks!
