After receiving my pending money, it was deducted

I’m new with paypal and im from the philippines. After accepting the pending payment to me, with the amount of 22,359 pesos, the money dropped down to 21,360 pesos. Why was my money deducted after accepting the payment?

Paypal takes its fee from the buyers payment before the remainder is credited to your Paypal account balance.
