I'm a new seller on Discogs. My buyer gets an invoice from the Discogs 'system' which includes postage. When he checks out using the Paypal link an additional 'default' delivery charge is being added. On the paypal transaction it is shown as 'delivery charge' as a separate line item. It is not added by Discogs. It has not been added by me. Paypal help don't seem to understand the problem. How/where is it being added? I have no access to the Paypal checkout page my buyer sees. I refunded the amount to my buyer but obviously still got charged a larger fee for the additional payment received. I can't go through this each time someone buys something from my Discogs shop. Please help/advise.
Steve.
