Hi
I wanted to see how much chegg would charge me for a subscription so I went through Paypal and thought that it would show me how much they would charge before authorising the payment. I clicked continue and it processed the payment. I didn't actually want the subscription, I just wanted to see how much it would cost. Is there any way I can get a refund for the payment I have made, it is still awaiting authorisation?
Thanks

You need to contact the company to cancel the subscription and then to stop future payments being taken...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
