Accepting customers payments through Paypal without Paypal Account

Dear All,

I have an issue with my Paypal account and Shopify store,

I've followed the below steps to solve it but they are useless, my customers still get the (log in or create paypal account options)
"To allow your customers to use their credit card without a PayPal account:

1. Log in to your PayPal account on PayPal.com.

2. Click Profile.

3. Under Selling Preferences, click Website Payment Preferences.

4. Select "PayPal Account Optional".

5. Click Save."

Can anyone help me on this?
