Hello. PayPal is periodically blocking all payments from JotForm and takes an hour to reset each time. I have very high web traffic and I'd assume PayPal is blocking the Jotform IP Address as it's treating it like spam considering there's 100s of people accessing it at the same time. Is there a fix for this? The error is "429 Too Many Requests #30"
