Debit cards problem

I have three debit cards that I want to link. But I can’t confirm it, it keep saying use another card. And when I try to buy stuff online, it says that sorry, but your account is blocked from making purchase.

Have you linked and confirmed a card that Paypal accept?
Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
