User Conversion "Claim the Money" option

I completed a review from User Conversion (https://usertest.io). I reviewed Digital Marketing Hub.

I have received a mail (as expected) that the company has sent my $10 and I have to claim it.

But as I click the button "Claim the money", it takes me to my Paypal account and then nothing happens. No money nothing.

I got the reminder mail for the same too.

My money expires on 18 March. Please help me to get my money.

Note - My User Conversion and Paypal email ids are different.
