How to accept recurring payment from an individual/Company

Hi,

I have been calling customer support and they keep on transferring the call to US and India Team.

I think I will get help here.

I am supposed to receive a fixed amount from a US based company every month. (I do not have website)

We do not want to spend time in sending and paying invoice every month. 

We want to set up a pre-approved recurring payment option so that I can save time.

Please let me know the steps and cost of it.
