I disagree with one of the claim and I would like to submit additional information but after I have added information and attache a file and click "submit", it just showed "You must add the tracking information or submit a file."
What do I do as I have to respond it by 5/5 but I have escalated to PayPal on the 15/04, does that mean I do not need to do anything for now?
f its still in the dispute stage then you can add more information, if its been escalated to a claim then normally you can't. You can contact customer services via HELP AND CONTACT
