SFTP Reports - No data in the files

Hello, we have setup access to the SFTP reports, however, the files contained have no actual data within them. Please resolve/help ASAP.

Hi, we are facing the same issue. Did you resolved it and when, yes - how?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
